To request an urgent same day appointment

- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse, health professional or service to help you
Routine Appointments
Please use PATCHS to book NON URGENT appointments by completing the online form, the practice will respond within 24 hours.
You can contact us online using the Patchs system click here. Here you can ask us about any non-urgent queries.

Appointment System
Nurse Appointments
- Nurses appointments include: spirometry, diabetes review, asthma review, smear test, baby immunisations, (travel) vaccines, echocardiogram (ECG) and blood tests.
- For any of the above appointments, you can call us on 0161 667 6609 between 11am and 6:30pm or visit us at the surgery.
Children Under 12
Any appointment requests, for children under 12, will be reviewed by our team on the day. We will then offer you an appointment if necessary. We may re-direct you to a different service on the same day.

- Use an online form VIA PATCHS to request an appointment. We will respond within 24 hours when we are open. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm

Routine / advanced appointments
Home Visits
Home visits should be requested before 10:30am. The doctor will assess the urgency of the visit and you may be given advice on the telephone
A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you can't keep an appointment please cancel it as soon as possible. Below are the ways in which you can cancel your appointment:

- If there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
- If you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email

Text Reminder Service
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
